A few months ago I restarted my laptop and it froze and then died..
I brought it to my school because it was a tech school, and they told me to get a new battery, that that's all they can think of (but then again they were only sophmores in HighSchool..-_-)
So, now It's been about 5months and I tried charging it up and giving it a shot again yet it does the same thing.
It goes to the HP logo,
then turns black but you can tell it's on..
Then it goes to the dash in the upper left conner
and shuts off and restarts the process over and over again.
HELP?!
