frames dropping in overwatch dont know why

my frames have been dropping to like 130-80 on overwatch at low and i have no clue why also my cpu usage is always around 97 and my gpu is at 60 and lower.
processor: intel i5 7400
gpu: gtx 1060 6gb
ram 8gb ddr4
and 1tb harddrive

Download your latest dirvers.

What are your temps?

Make sure all your cores are enabled:
Task manager > Performance > Open resource monitor at bottom > CPU tab > make sure no cpu's say parked on the right

Download malware bytes and check for any malware:
https://www.malwarebytes.com/
