Hello, I need to build a pc for photo/video editing and gaming.
Budget: 2,600 usd .
Monitor: I need a 4k monitor with very good color gamut for editing and that also works for gaming.
No keyboard/mouse needed.
I would prefer to buy only from amazon and Newegg, I don't have experience buying from other sites but I'm willing to buy from another sites if necessary.
I need it mostly for my job that is photo/video editing, I play games just for hobby no hardcore but I would also like to play them on ultra settings with good fps. Im dont care about aesthetics or noise. If you can help me with the build that will be great. Thanks.

This build provides all the processing power you will need for photo and video editing. Although it goes a bit over budget. The GTX 1080 is enough for 4K gaming. Although I'd suggest stretching the budget a little for a 1080 Ti. I am assuming you will be doing 4K video editing so you will want at least 32GB RAM if not 64GB. You may also need more hard disk space. If you don't already have an external RAID.

As for monitors. I've listed two to choose from. The Dell is better for photo work. As it has a true 10 bit IPS panel and offers 99% Adobe RGB and sRGB.

The ASUS still offers an excellent color space but is only 74% Adobe RGB and 99% Adobe sRGB. Both have a low Delta E from the factory. It offers better pixel response when gaming.
