Sir i m kishor.my pc isn't start bcz smps have a problem but when i repair smps and try to start there was a sparking in smps and then no power in my pc...

Now it's most probably both MB and SMPS and who knows what else. Sparking in otherwise low voltage environment means there was a high voltage applied to wrong, low voltage place and that means extensive damage.
