Hey, I just installed the corsair h100i v2 to a lga 2066 motherboard. I connected the 1 cpu fan to the motherboard except there are another two chords next to it that I have no idea where it goes? Idk if it's just extra chord that I just tuck away. I turned my system on and the corsair logo is lit up and the fans are working... so idk if it's actually set up properly.

Solution
Yes, they are intended to be connected to the pump fan connector.

What you have done will work, they will work independently of the pump and you'd need to make sure you set up your fan curves in your BIOS.

The two 4 pin fans should connect to the cable coming from the pump with the two 4 pin fan connectors.
The 3 pin connects to your motherboards CPU_OPT/pump fan header
The USB cable goes from the pump to a USB 2.0 header. With that you can install CorsairlInk software and manage fans speeds from that software

Wait you mean the two fans that I attached to the cooler I need to just connect that to the 4 pin connector from the pump? Because I connected those two fans straight to the motherboard..
