I am building a new pc and for ram I have two options: ADATA XPG DDR4 8GB, 3000Mhz, CL16, 1.2V for 75 euros or Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB 2400MHz DDR4 CL16 KIT OF 2 BLS2C4G4D240FSB for 80 euros. Which one should I get?

Depends on the games, CPU, gpu, resolution, graphical settings. (If this is for gaming). Also, I'd leave space for future ram upgrades in motherboard so only go dual channel if motherboard has atleast 4 slots.

While gaming, when the CPU is the limiting factor, you can expect 10 - 30% FPS increase going with dual channel ram apposed to single channel. Same thing goes with 2133mhz vs 3000mhz, though it really depends on those variables I mentioned before.

I might get the set, and overclock it at least to 2666, which should be no problem and make up practically any difference between the alternatives, and almost as good as it gets. 2400 is already the main threshold for decent, stable frames, and 2666 is the next major step (after that, diminishing returns).

If the RAM is decent, as this one is, and has also been tested. It is a very small overclock, with practically no tweaking involved (which it where it really gets "not guaranteed"). I have this myself (16GB), and it is much reviewed. You can of course Memtest. Also, it's in my opinion the best alternative.
