Hi guys I just started updating my bios and in my neighborhood electricity turned off when we got back the electricity I turn on the pc every thing works but the usbs dosent give signals and the monitor hasn't got signal I have a Dell optiplex 960 Windows 10

Solution
While I would much rather have that overclockable Asrock board than the original Dell one, its P965 chipset is from 2006 so 11 years old. And it's also a full-sized ATX board while your Dell is MicroATX so you'd need a new case.

Man that sucks. Try clearing CMOS and see if that helps.. Try this as well https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/sln284985/how-to-perform-a-bios-or-cmos-reset-and-or-clear-the-nvram-on-your-dell-system?lang=en

Start at "3. Clearing the BIOS, CMOS or NVRAM, Via a Jumper on a Desktop System Board Only" Try #4 as well

Hope someone else can chime in with some advice.
