Radiator fan not affecting temperatures

Hi.

I have a delidded i7 7700k running at 5.0ghz 1.368v-1.380v (didn't win the lottery) paired with a Cryorig A40 Ultimate. When I run AIDA64 I get about 76ºC max on the cpu using about 50% fan speed. I tried to ramp up the fans to 100% to see if I would see a any difference but strangely I got 1 degree less.

Also isn't 76ºC a little warm for a delidded i7 7700k even at this voltage with this cooler?

PS: I tried re-mounting the cooler several times and with several thermal pastes. Right now I'm using Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut between the cooler and the IHS.

Thanks

Radiator fans will not do much to CPU temps, ramping them up will only keep the water temp a bit lower. 76 C seems quite okay with 5 Ghz overclock and with that high of a voltage. Also keep in mind that this it with 100% load, in games you should see lower temps as games will usually not load the CPU 100% all the time.

Problem is I can't check the pump speed because the AIO doesn't have have feature. Also the pump is really really quiet and I can only hear it if I disable all the fans in the system.
