I have around 480-500 dollars budget for a new gaming rig (the more savings the better)

Here's my plan:

MoBo: MSI B250M Pro-VD
Processor: Intel Core i3-7100(unsure)
Gpu: Zotac GTX 1050 Ti Mini 4gb
RAM: Ballistix Sport LT 8 GB DDR4 -2400 CL16(2x4gb)
Storage: ADATA Su800 256GB 3D Nand
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G2 80+ Gold

If you want to save $ go for G4520. Weaker but much cheaper.
