I just installed a new GPU and it was working fine until today. Every time i load a game it will freeze my pc and i have to hard reset it. I tested it with my old card and everything loaded fine. The only thing i think it could be is the PSU messing up. My old card didnt hook into my PSU but this one does.

Here are my specs:

OS: Windows 10
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460
RAM: 16.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3
Motherboard: ASRock 297 Killer
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 980
PSU: Corsair CX600 600W 80 PLUS BRONZE
Storage: 1TBSeagate ST1000DM003, 250 GB Samsung 850 Evo
Peripherals: Logitech G810 Orion Spectrum, Razer Death Adder Chroma. Razer Firefly, Razer Craken Chroma
Case fans: 2 120mm fans

What ive done:

Reinstalled windows
Reinstalled drivers
memtest86 tests with ram - no errors
Ran anti virus to check files - nothing
Put gpu in and out
Updated bios
Check each RAM sticks individually
Took PCI cables in and out

The issues seems to be with the graphics card/PSU as my old graphics card works fine, and is powered only by the motherboard. My new one is powered by the PSU

Games installed on my SSD had the same issue as games installed on my HDD, Windows on my SSD didnt fix the problem either
