So i just got my ryzen 5 1600x installed with a h100i v2 to cool it. When running aida64 the core temps are strange.
Core 1 35c
Core 2 50c
Core 3 42c
Core 4 37c
Core 5 75c
Core 6 63c

Ryzen master says my temp is 56.50c which ill assume this might be package temp? Im just wondering why there is such a fluctuation in core temps and if this is ok?

Also i should add hwmonitor reports spikes of 1.5v with no overclocking done by me.

These temps are all after running aida64 for 10 minutes.

Thank you all so much

that does look a bit weird. what are you using to monitor temps? HWmon is very accurate. Also coretemp too, but it's not a per core temp.

Ryzen Master is also good for temp measurement. It matches exactly with Coretemp and HWmon, at least on my rig anyway.

Have you tried Prime95 to stress? Maybe Aida has been set to test in a different way than norm? I'm not sure. I've not used it. I use Prime for stressing, knowing that all cores should be at the same usage level (100%) and that the temps of all cores should roughly be the same. If the load is uniform 100% then I would think the temps on each core would be the same. I'm not an expert, but I think thats a logical assumption. Maybe i'm wrong though. So i would have thought all you...
