Is this a good build?

I am choosing parts for a pc that I will be building in about 1 and a half months, with a $3000 (AUD) budget. Here is what I got so far (tell me if you would change something.)

CPU: Intel Core i7 8700k
GPU: ASUS Strix GeForce GTX 1070
Memory: HyperX Fury Red 16GB (2x8GB)
MoBo: GigaByte AORUS GA-Z370
PSU: Corsair RM1000x 1000W Power Supply
Case: Thermaltake view 71 RGB Full Tower Case
Heatsink: Thermaltake Pacific RL360 D5 Hard Tube RGB Water Cooling Kit.

Buying all parts on Scorptec, and driving there when I get the chance.

Solution
Get abetter GPU even if you have to go less on the CPU. At 4K the CPU makes little difference.

At the least get an i5-8xxx or Ryzen 5 1600 so you can get a GTX 1080.

GTX 1070 is good enough for some games at 4K, but games like BF1 will struggle to maintain 60fps even on low settings.

Moniter is 120hz 4K
I won’t be live streaming, just a bit of recording here and there.
I play games like GTA V, BF1, Minecraft (with huge graphical mods.), and I also plan to run COD WW1 when I get it.

Ok I have decided. Instead of hard tube cooling, I will get soft tube cooling, saving about $350. I also had room with my budget beforehand, so that leaves me with enough to grab an ASUS Strix GTX 1080 Ti. Thank you for the help
