what is this cpu? i pulled it out of a non-booting computer

Ages ago i got these xeons and i still to this day have no idea what socket or what model they are.... Can someone PLEASE tell me what it is.

Post a picture of the other side too with better lighting. That would give us an idea of which socket type is being used.

I think it's a Gallatin xeon. Not sure which however. I believe it's socket 604.
