About a day ago, my GPU has been getting extremely hot without any chances of cooling it down. Even at 110 Celsius my computer hasnt been feeling psychically hot, but the readings arent false since i do get lower FPS(5) most games i play.

My GPU is the GeForce 9300 GE

It could be the fan's fault but if that was the case then I would ask why my GPU would be like this just since yesterday because this computer is around five years old.

Any help would be appreciated since this has ruined my gaming experience with extremely low fps at most games.

On something that old I'd suspect the thermal paste needs to be replaced. That stuff doesn't last forever, it eventually dries out and becomes useless. I'm assuming it heats up after 10 minutes of being under load, like gaming. If it heats up in 10 minutes while you do nothing but look at your desktop, then the card itself might be dying. It's a cheap card and if you've been gaming on it for 5 years it might be at the end of its useful life.
