2nd Hard Drive is Gone!

I woke up this morning and I realized that I forgot to turn off my PC. I went to use it anyways and it was running slower than usual. I thought that maybe it needed a fresh boot, so I restarted it. When it booted, none of my usb drives were recognized, so I had to unplug them and plug them back in. I was able to fix the usb drive issue, but no matter what I do, the hard drive won't show up. I have tried all types of troubleshooters and whatnot, but none of them have noticed a problem. When I open device manager, I see it (and it says it's working properly). I have tried the disk management thing and my drive is there but when I click ok on the "Initialize disk" window, it says "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, however, I cannot open my computer because that would void the warranty and taking a problem like this to a computer specialist is really not an option for me budget-wise.

Thank you.
