hello i just upgraded to a new processor and it seems its underperforming .I upgraded from i5 6600 to i7 7700k and kept the same motherboard asus h11om-k updated to latest bios .When i run userbenchmark it says my processor is perfroming below expectations 32nd percentile average turbo boost to 4.35ghzits becnh get only 96 percent where as other peoples i7 7700k get 100 percent averega bench .Any help i would apprecite greatly cpu cooler hyper 212 evo temps max under full load 65 degrees ram 16gb gpu gtx 1070.also fps in coh 1 ultra no aa is bad 20 fps 4v4 when the map is full of units
