Can not open websites

In windows explorer I can not open any websites. My operating system is windows xp. I get this " has blocked this website from displaying content with security errors" whenever I try to open any website. Have tried to bypass this but system won't allow.

Have you tried a different browser, such as firefox? windows XP's security ciphers are a bit out of date so that makes sense that you get security errors.
