Story Time: Recently I have been getting Graphical Glitches, Low FPS, the occasional Blue Screen in games. Everything else works fine except when I launch a game. So I talked to a buddy and he mentioned that my GPU was not getting enough power from my (now old PSU Azza Alpha 500w Power Supply PSAZ-500S12). So he suggested unplugging a couple of fans to make more power available to my GPU.

This worked for a short time and soon enough it was back doing the same thing. So I assumed maybe my (old) PSU was just giving out. (It is about 7 years old.) So I decided to get a new PSU.(The one mentioned in the Specs portion).

Got everything hooked up and there was no difference. After this I went and got my brothers GTX 970 and hooked that up. I couldn't even get a display up. Just a black screen.

So this is where I am now. Stuck. I'm not sure what to do next. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

EDIT**

Also Windows is not detecting my GPU whereas Speccy and other similar programs do.

EDIT**

I also get these gaphical glitches when restarting my PC: https://imgur.com/a/Kio1C

Solution
we gone do 2 test first put the gpu in the second pci-e slot and see if you have video the other will be to use onboard and remove gpu for test .

I cannot test the other pci-e slot due to the lack of space. But I did use the onboard after removing the GPU and my display came up fine.

If I put my GPU in the second pci-e slot I will not be able to turn my PC on because it will block the F panel where my power switch is located.
