Cpu 80 degrees celcius when idle

My CPU is at 70-85 idle and 95ish while gaming

I can see immediately that HWMonitor is the problem. HWMonitor is a piece of crap when it doesn't support your motherboard's sensor chip. There's just no way that your system would even be functioning if your system's +12V rail was only putting out +8.112 Volts, your +3.3V rail only putting out +1.992 Volts and the +5V rail only putting out +3.427 Volts.

I downloaded Core Temp and these are my results.

Hello,

Make sure nothing is interfering with your CPU fan, any cables etc...

Also make sure there is a considerable amountof thermal paste between the cooler and CPU.

Most importantly see if the CPU is actually touching the cooler and is properly installed.
