Connection issues on one computer only

Hi guys!

I came home from college to play some games on my computer but noticed some really slow speeds. I ran a couple different speed tests on three different network cards (two N cards, one AC card) and all of them gave me inconsistent speeds ranging from 50Mbps down to 0.5 Mbps down; however, it seems as if my upload is unaffected.

I've tried multiple devices in my house (my phone, brother's phone, my laptop, brother's laptop, brother's pc) and all of them get close to 160Mbps (we pay for 200Mbps).

Anyone know of any possible fix here?
Thanks!

Try downloading a lan speed test like this one:

http://www.totusoft.com/lanspeed1

You install it on 2 or more computers, designate 1 as the "server" and then send packets back and forth across the home network. It will then report the send/receive speeds to and from your computer.

If your lan speeds are OK, then it may be something about internet speeds on your specific computer that is causing the problem.

AC Router that works on N connections as well (Dual band)
the NIC is asus N, the other two are usb (Asus AC and Netgear N)

Well yeah. But I have tried and all three cards seem to perform the same. My laptop does better even only on an AC connection than my computer is doing.

The laptop has an N NIC whereas I have tried 3 relatively newer NICs on the PC. I've also attempted to install new drivers, and use some older ones, and none of them work.
This never was a problem until maybe the past month, so I don't know if it's maybe a Mobo problem, PSU problem, or something else. I am pretty sure it wouldn't be a PSU thing so the only thing I can think of is maybe a Mobo issue.

Only one of them are PCI cards and there is only one PCI slot on my motherboard. The other two are USB's. I also checked BIOS and it seems to detect it.
