Hello, just would like some information, running gigabyte ga x99 sli motherboard, i7 5930k , ddr4 24gb.
What is the limit of my ram speed ?currently it's set to default and it reads 2133mhz, I tried the xmp profile 1 setting that raises the speed to 3000mhz, but all I get is booting issues the PC just turns on and off never boots. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

So how would I go about setting the values? This is the first time messing with ram speed.
The values I have are
3000 MHz, 15 17 17 35, 1.35v
I have 6 stick and they all have the same info

Do I have to set dram voltage in advanced voltage?
As in advance memory settings it shows profile DDR voltage 1.35v but in advanced voltage it shows under dram voltage (check A/B)1.20v

Thanks for the help but tried the tips on the video and couldn't get PC to be stable . I went to gigabyte
Website a found the supported ram list, it shows my ram is supported but only in 2 ,4 , and 8 configuration for the 3000mhz and I'm running 6 so I guessing that could be the issue
