I assume you had used the DiskPart utility to "clean" your 1 TB HDD. So you're familiar with the DiskPart utility.

After you do so the HDD will be uninitialized. You do understand that, yes?

When you access Disk Management with the HDD connected as a secondary drive in the system the likelihood is that DM will automatically open a window for you to initialize the drive to either MBR or GPT. Sometimes that window does not appear. If it doesn't, you will note in the DM listing of the HDD a small red arrow appears in the far-left box of the Disk's listing. Right-click on that icon and then initialize the drive to MBR.
You either need the pendrive installer to be set up as GPT and boot from it in UEFI mode to install to a GPT partitioned disk, or if you will be dual-booting to older OSes, to use a MBR partitioned boot disk up to 2TB and to boot the installer from Legacy BIOS mode.

Only FreeBSD or Linux distributions can boot from a GPT disk under Legacy BIOS mode.

1. I'm assuming you want to fresh-install the Win 10 OS onto your 1 TB MBR-partitioned drive.

2. If that assumption is INCORRECT then stop right here.

3. I further assume you know how to use DiskPart to "clean" the drive and that's what you did when you say you "cleaned my hdd". Is that correct?

4. If it is, do it again, and after you've "cleaned" the drive, use Disk Management to initialize the drive to the MBR-partitioning scheme. DON'T partition/format the drive. Just initialize it to MBR.

5. As you power-on the PC with ONLY the intended HDD and the USB flash drive containing the Win 10 setup files for the OS, access your system's boot menu with the appropriate F (function) key. (I believe it's the F11 key for your MSI motherboard) but you can check this in your user manual. Select the flash drive in NON-UEFI mode as the media to boot to.

6. If you can't access the boot menu then access the BIOS - probably the Del key - and ensure the boot is to the USB flash drive in NON-UEFI mode.

7. Hopefully you'll be able to fresh-install the Win 10 OS from the Win 10 Setup onto your 1 TB HDD as a MBR-partitioned drive (again, assuming that's what you want).
