The 4560/4600/4620 Pentiums are not always priced in that order so look at that,all three have hyper threading.Just chose some other parts as well ,the psu is a good choice for your budget.

Haven't checked the new i3 8100 so need to,maybe is a nice option as well.Well checked that one out and you would ned to speend more,but for the performance difference is it imo worth it,

here "just" 8gb's of ram though.You could do with the stock cooler to lower price of course.

That's up to you. If you play at 1080p and are willing to lower settings could you of course use the gtx 1050 ti as well or maybe the RX 470/570,maybe are cheaper.This with the first build and maybe starting at 8 gb of ram (though adding later might give troubles) plus loosing the cooler would save money.
If you can invest more is that of course nice,just keep an eye on what you really can spend. ;)
