I have a Pentium G620 CPU:https://ark.intel.com/products/53480/Intel-Pentium-Processor-G620-3M-Cache-2_60-GHz

Would a GTX 750 Ti work decent @ 1080p low to medium settings?

Solution
That CPU would bottleneck the GTX 750ti, you should go for an RX 550 since you probably won't be able to run most games at 1080p with those settings @ 30 fps and since the RX 550 is cheap it could save you some money down the line and you could simply upgrade your CPU and platform, I'd recommend if you ever upgrade that you go for Kaby Lake since its got some of the best value for money CPUs (Pentiums such as G4600)
