When you attempt to power the system on, what happens (beeps, fans turn, etc)? Does anything flash on the display at all?

Also, when you setting up your system, did you attempt to overclock anything (CPU, GPU, or memory)? Did you set your BIOS to any other setting other than the default/normal setting?

Have you attempted to reset your BIOS to its default state to reset the system?

Look at your motherboard manual for instructions to reset the BIOS to its default state. If you can't find, do the following:

- Remove/disconnect all power sources (power cable, display cable, powered speakers, etc) from the computer.
- Press the power button to remove any residual power in system components (seriously...do this).
- Open the case and locate the coin style battery on the motherboard. Noting which side goes "up", remove the battery.
- Wait at least one minute, then replace the battery and reconnect everything. Your BIOS will be in its default state.
- Attempt to power the system on.
