What is the best component to upgrade first? Amd x4 athlon 860k or amd radeon r9 380 2gb?

I have a budget of around 400 dollar to spent and I want to upgrade my pc. I currenlty have a amd x4 athlon 860k and a amd radeon r9 380 2gb wath can I best upgrade first? I thaught i could buy a asus b350m gaming plus and a amd ryzen 5 1600x with masterliquid lite 120 or a gtx 1060 6gb. What should I buy first? (I have 12 gb ddr3 ram)

I would upgrade cpu+motherboard+ram first.


This doesn't work with new sockets,they use ddr4 ram.Try to sell it.If you want to keep it look at used parts like a 4xxx series cpu with matching motherboard,something like a 4790K/4790.
