Is a motherboards graphic card enough to watch 4k movies and surf the internet?

I am thinking to build a new pc I have some questions
1)I am thinking to just use the motherboards graphics card probably the ASUS A68HM-PLUS.
I will also buy an AMD CPU and maybe the CPU AMD A8 7600.

I am not playing games but I like to watch 1080p movies and maybe some 2-4k movies will that motherboard be enough for that ?Maybe in the future I might buy a 4k tv too

2)I have a corsair 450 watt psu is this psu enough to supply to the CPU and motherboard ?Or should I buy a new one ?

Thanks

1>If the one they sell you happens to not carry the newer BIOS, the MB itself will not be able to recognize the Kabylake Pentiums and wouldn't be able to POST. Which is why I'd advise you to ask the store to update the BIOS to the latest version for you if you're going with the H110 board.

3> Unless I'm looking at the wrong manual, otherwise:
Your P5KPL-AM SE is 24.5cm x 18.3cm (4 expansion slots length)
The H110m-D is 22.6cm x 18.5cm (3 expansion slots length)
The B250m-ds3h is 22.6cm x 19.3cm (3 expansion slots length)

Both the H110m-d and the b250m-ds3h are actually shorter than your old board; the B250m-ds3h is about 1cm wider.

1>The platform is far too old to support that. The CPU itself has insufficient muscle to software decode the 2-4k video and the age of the integrated graphic card meaning that it's unlikely to have support for hardware decoding video at those resolution.

If you weren't reusing extra parts that you already had, I'd point you toward the Intel G4560 (or the G4600 if the 4560's price is still inflated) CPU + H110 MB; the integrated Intel HD 610 (of the 4560) or HD630 (of the 4600) should have hardware decoding for h264/h265 video of that resolution.

But Full HD video shouldn't be a problem for the FM2+.

If you're looking for 4k@60fps video output capability then, instead of swapping platform, a graphic card like the GT 1030 that does support HDMI 2.0 and DP 1.4 would be the solution.

2>If you are just building a CPU+integrated graphics then almost any of the popular name brand PSU would suffice. The build power draw would struggle to reach 100W (frankly it'll mostly be in the ~50-70W zone 99% of the time). So long that you know that the PSU's fan is still functional, you don't need to buy new PSU for this use-case.

1.I thought the AMD quad core would be better than the intel dual core but after reading I see that it has no problem with 4k videos
is the Asus H110M-K motherboard good for what I want ?Thanks

2.I am only going to keep my case and the psu probably the 4gb ram too after doing some ram tests if they work great

The ASUS H110m-k only have a VGA and a DVI port, both only support up to 1920x1200 resolution.

You'll want to look at H110 MB with a HDMI port like the ASROCK H110m-HDV or ASUS H110m-A... But unfortunately, it seems like with the arrival of the 8th gen Intel Coffeelake CPU, the 100 series MB which was released in companion with the 6th gen Skylake are being phased out, so availability for those are not good at the moment.

Therefore, at this time, I'd say go for a B250 MB like the ASROCK B250M-HDV which is about $10 more than a avg price of a H110 MB used to be.

-------------

So long that the 4GB RAM is a 288pin DDR4 rather than 240pin DDR3 then there should be no problem with keeping it. I only said this because you did mention that you were looking at the AMD FM2 platform, and those run on DDR3 while Intel LGA1151 runs on DDR4.

1.)I might buy the H110M-D it's the same price like the other one and it supports 4096 x 2160 resolution
if there is any other better motherboard at that price from here ?
http://www.cosmodata.gr/category/603/motherboards?makers=&cat6=&specs=529_6705.&prices=38_666&items=20&sort=asc&amount_left=38&amount_right=666&m2%5B%5D=529_6705

2.Oh yeah my current pc is a quad core q9400 and my ram is ddr2 I have to buy new ram?Edit :(it looks like I have to)

3.Also do you think they will fit in my case too ?Or Need to buy a new one?
My motherboard is a ASUS P5KPL-AM SE I can post a picture of my case if you want

1>Okay, now I'd only recommend the H110 board if you are going to visit the store and can ask them to update the MB BIOS before you bring it home because I have no idea how often does the stock of H110 boards rotate through that Greek store, and with no knowledge of its stock, I can't say if the MB will come with the updated BIOS to support the Kabylake Pentiums or not.

If you're not buying locally, then a B250 MB, like the gigabyte B250m-ds3h, is the better pick for guaranteed compatibility.

3> The spacing for the drilled hole on the MB is a standard which mean if your case does fit one mATX MB, then any other mATX will also fit inside it.

1.I will ask them but can't I just update it myself if there is something wrong?Or would it not work out of the box if I don't update it?

3.Okay then cause it seems that my motherboard might be smaller than the new one
