Hi, is decent quality 550W PSU with 530W on 12V line will be enough for gtx 1060 + i7-8700k +1HDD +1SSD?

You're going to see around 300W usage at most, so if your 550W is actually a good model and not just a "it hasn't blow up yet" type of good, then there shouldn't be any issue.
