My Problem is that since a few days only my pc has constantly disconnecting and 8KBps internet.

Here and there are a few 1 sec spikes of 24MBps (was the normal speed i used to have).
When i run Windows 10 network diagnostics it just reset the network adapter resulting in a 1sec spike.
At some times i can't even connect to my wifi.

My phone works just fine as it should.
I recently installed a new graphics card (old amd to nvidia), other than that i haven't changed a thing about my pc.
I don't have direct control over the router settings, maybe somebody changed something there?

Does anybody have an idea what the problem may be?

Solution
Built-in wifi or some USB or PCI-e wireless adapter?

Check that any antennas are properly in place and oriented. Move them about some as applicable.

Check inside the case. You may have jostled something loose when you swapped video cards.

Verify that all connections and seatings are fully in place and snug.

No harm to download and reinstall the applicable software drivers. Just be sure to download those drivers from the appropriate manufacturer's website.

Continue using Task Manager to determine if some particular app, service, or process is responsible for the delays.

Performance Monitor and Resource Monitor may also help identify the reason.

Pay special attention to any apps running in the background. If not necessary...

Use Task Manager to monitor your pc's performance.

With and without the new Nvidia graphics card. Put the old AMD card back if still available - just for observation and testing.

Determine if the Nvidia card's presence is the cause of the spikes.

As for: "I don't have direct control over the router settings, maybe somebody changed something there?"

You need to talk with that person. If someone else is making router changes for any reason or reason you may end up going in circles.

I also noticed that even if my pc doesn't receive any data (via taskmanager) it still causes severe lag on my ps (which is right on top).
I have reset my settings (ntsh ipv4/6 command line stuff) but it didn't help.
Nobody has made changes to the router.
My old graphics card isn't available anymore.
Ethernet is not possible atm.

My best guess maybe is some sowtware (maybe some drivers?) Is faulty or even limiting my wifi performance. I don't have knowledge about that at all.

Pay special attention to any apps running in the background. If not necessary, disable from automatic start-up. If the delays stop then add back the programs one at a time. Be slow and methodical. You may be able to tie the delays to one particular app.
