I was wondering is it possible to take a oem graphic card from a pre-built pc and use it in an entirely new pc build? The old pc has a strong oem that I want to use to save money just to get the pc running since the graphic card i want is like $150 so it would be a temporary solution so I can atleast get the pc running.
