I want to buy a new PC and i have seen it has integrated graphics in a CPU. The name of the CPU is Intel Core i5-7400 (3.00 GHz-3.50 GHz, 6MB cache, 4 cores). So I was wondering if it will affect my FPS in games like CS:GO and stuff. And should I buy a seperate graphics card or I should leave the CPU graphics without any GPU. Btw the computer has also 8GB RAM.

Solution
Integrated graphics are "good enough" to run many games, especially CS:GO which is pretty light. But you won't get very high fps with that. You're far better off getting a seperate graphics card if you plan on gaming. It will be significantly faster.

The Intel HD 630 in the i5-7400 is actually pretty decent for games that are not very graphics demanding. See link below for some Intel HD 630 game benchmarks.

There are no benchmarks for CSGO, but you can checkout the benchmarks for the slightly less powerful Intel HD 620 for CSGO benchmarks.

The Intel HD 630 is nowhere near as powerful as a budget dedicated GPU like the GT 1030, but it can work in a pinch for non demanding games, or if your dedicated GPU dies and you need to wait for a newly purchased GPU to arrive.
