I've been having a lot of problems with my pc lately: pc shutting down, games running extremely poorly etc. this time i have a problem i couldnt find a fix anywhere.

Whenever im gaming/changing the settings (usually changing settings but sometimes in the middle of the game) my PC randomly decides that i dont need to use my keyboard or mouse or headset... or monitors. in other words, all of a sudden, my monitors and other gear just stop working. i know that it still gives output current to usb ports, because my usb fan doesnt stop running. but the rgb lightning from my mouse turns off, and i cant do anything. i tried just waiting until it starts working again but it didnt. had to turn the pc off by switching the power switch :/
oh yeah, and my sys fan 1 also turned off (i only have 1 fan other than cpu fan and the usb ones)

i think it might be the PSU that is causing this, but in my opinion it should have enough power to keep everything running, as my pc only takes about 250watts and its a 500 watt PSU.
the PSU is very cheap though, I only paid 49€ for it (kolink KL-500M), but its rated 80+ bronze.

i did overclock my Ryzen 3 1200 to 3.7ghz and increased the voltage to 1.260v
my gtx 1050 is also overclocked to 1620mhz (from the default 1354 or something like that)

SPECS:
CPU:AMD Ryzen 3 1200, oc @3,70ghz, 1.260v
MoBo: MSI B350M Gaming Pro
GPU: Palit Geforce GTX 1050 2GB StormX
PSU: Kolink KL-500M
HDD: Seagate barracuda 2TB (or some else from seagate, old one from an lenovo pc)
OS: WINDOWS 10

case: an old modified lenovo case, but it doesnt have any led's, front usb connectors or anything like that, just power switch, and even that self made.

fans-
CPU fan: Wraith Stealth
Sys fan: an old AVC 90mm fan from the lenovo. (it just says AVC, everything else is unreadable)

gear connected to the pc-
USB-
LVLUP dexterity +3 - gaming mouse.
Lenovo blacksilk keyboard
Logitech h340 headset.
Logitech g920 - gaming wheel. (also has a wall plug or whatever that is connected)
speakers-
Logitech speaker system (not sure about the model but a cheap one from few years back)
Monitors:
1st monitor: BenQ GW2470 24" 1080p 60hz HDMI
2st monitor: Acer V206HGL 20" 1600x900p 60hz VGA (connected trough displayport-vga adapter)

i tried taking all even remotely unnecessary gear off from the PC, but it didnt help. it isnt about overheating either, according to Core temp 1.10.2 or msi afterburner or palit thundermaster.
I have checked all the connectors everywhere, inside and outside the pc, so its not about misplaced connectors. this problem started when i first tried overclocking my CPu to 3.8ghz (i have clocked it to 4.0ghz once but decided that i dont want to kill it with overheating)
and the screen just went black and keyboard and mouse stopped working when exiting the BIOS.
so i needed to restart the pc. went on in the BIOS and resetted the OC to 3.10ghz (default)
then restarted the pc, and it got stuck at the starting screen (msi logo or wallpaper or whatever and the loading icon)
needed to restart the PC once again, this time got into windows, and started playing some Beamng, after the pc shut everything except cpu fan off. (i dont know if it actually shuts down but keeps the cpu and i think gpu and psu fans on, or it just disconnects all the gear.)
i also had a problem where i couldnt get past the bios loading screen or whatever, it would just say "please wait" or "preparing automatic repair" and be stuck there i somehow got to the windows repair tool or whatever it is called, im finnish and my pc's programs are in finnish. i "restored it to an earlier state" from 5 days ago, when it was working fine, and i think the system files in the HDD were corrupted or overwritten by something, not sure what though.
could this effect the problem i am now having?

this really sucks because i cant really use my computer for much because it shuts down like that.
hoping to find an solution as fast as possible.

a thought after writing all this: could it be that the wall plug cant output enough power? im using multiple extension cords.

The temps aren't too bad so I wouldn't suspect the cpu or gpu immediately. PSU I would still test if possible though.
But it could be other things too. Have you tried opening up the event viewer in windows and checking for critical events around the timestamp the crash happens? list the event ID and description of the critical even here.

That psu is pretty poor quality. With PSUs quality matters more than the overall wattage. If you want to check if your psu is within tolerances, try:
https://www.wikihow.com/Check-a-Power-Supply (second part of the test). Otherwise take it to a shop for a check up.
But it could be other things. You say you tried overclocking and it was overheating. Where are the temps of cpu, gpu and mobo when you play games?

As for your installation, try running https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki/windows_10-update/system-file-check-sfc-scan-and-repair-system-files/bc609315-da1f-4775-812c-695b60477a93?auth=1

My gpu is around 65-80c at games, and the cpu, with default clock never goes above 40c, however with the 3.7ghz clock, it is around 65c at games. I didnt even try the temps at 4.0ghz, just wanted to know how high it could go, and thought that it might overheat. Not sure about the motherboard but im pretty sure it isnt running very hot. I did notice a light smell of burning oil/fat coming from the PSU, but i smell the same smell from all psus and certain other stuff.

okay idk but the problem seems to be fixed as of now. idk what i did, maybe it was that i underclocked the cpu from 3.7ghz to 3.55ghz, or maybe something else. i suspect the PSU was the fault whatsoever, and will be replacing it when i have the time and money (and motivation) to do that.

i have the same problem.. my pc spec :

cou: 3570k overclocked to 4000 ghz
geraphic : gtx 970 ti
16 gb ram oc to 1866
mainboard : p8z68 v pro gen3
PSU: Cool master 450 w
Do you think it's because of power?
