I recently upgraded from R5 1400 to a R7 1700x. I use to get about 50-60 frames on Deus Ex Mankind divided, but now i am getting about 20 fps. (1080p with a gtx 1070). I also get about 40 fps in fortnite battle royale with big dips. I can't think of any reason this should be happening. Any help is appreciated.
