How do I install the Cooler Master Standard CPU Cooler with 80mm Fan (DK9-7E52A-0L-GP)

I've been trying to re-install this CPU Fan for days, I can't seem to screw the CPU back into the motherboard because the screws aren't reaching the bottom of the screw hole and I don't know why. This is a pre-built PC that I got when I was younger, and it's very, very bad (Terrible sepcs) But, upgrading soon. Anyways, the screws won't pop back into the socket and the level of the cpu fan wont lever down with pressure if that makes sense. I can elaborate what I mean if need be.

CPU SPECS:

AMD FX-6300

LOUD ASS MOST LIKELY BREAKING GT 730

500GB HDD

500W PSU (Thermaltake Smart Series)

Gigabyte 970A-D3P

The FX-6300 is 95 watt AM3+ CPU. That CPU model is not listed as working with that cooler.

What? But the computer place down the street installed this cooler on my cpu just fine. Weird. Maybe they did it forcefully?

Or maybe, I don't actually have the DK9-7E52A-0L-GP. I just got the name from a amazon page of a cooler that looks just like mine, so I just assumed it was. Anyways, how do I check the name of my CPU cooler?
