Alright. I've had adware in my PC numerous times and this has never happend. Let me get to the point. When I open Google Chrome, 2 tabs are open, the default one and a mail.ru one. Now, the next thing is that I CANNOT download files from official pages. I haven't tried many but I did try discordapp.com and a software from microsoft.com. When I click the download links on any of these pages, it redirects me to a download page that gives me a fake file. For example the discord one gives me this file "discordsetup.31.x and random numbers dunno. And official microsoft file gives me this:

Now to confirm the pages are official as can be seen on the "secure" on link box. So it's just giving me programs to spread virus. Now here are the things I've tried:
1. AVG Deep Scan
2. ADWCleaner Scan
3. Malwarebytes Scan
4. Uninstall/Reinstall Chrome
5. Checked task manager for any suspicious file and its file location.
Nothing so far.
This got me worried and I really want to get this fixed, because i literally can't download anything.
