Should i upgrade my motherboard: P8H61-M LE R2.0

so i have a P8H61-M LE R2.0 motherboard and i was wondering if i should upgrade it or just buy a better CPU
I have
CPU: Intel pentium cpu G850
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 5700 1GB core clock 700 MHz memory clock 1150 MHz
power supply: ultra X4 modular 1200 watts AtX Power Supply
I already plan of upgrading the GPU but any suggestion would be appreciated.
I just really need to know if i should stick with the same board or get a new one.

but wouldn't it be better to by a new mother board and get a new cpu since this ones pretty old? or what cpu would be best for this board
