Hello everyone.

As i dont get WIFI range everywhere in my house, i had invested on a D-LINK DAP-1330 Range Extender. After installing it and pairing it with my router, i found out that it had made another wifi option which is the extended one. Assume my wifi name is 'mywifi'. The newly made one was named 'mywifi-ext'. The problem i have is that im only able to connect to the 'mywifi-ext'. But whenever i try to connect to the 'mywifi', it asks me for the password and when i do type the password it just removes what i typed and asks me to type it again, with no error indication.

Would love some help on this one.

you should change your extender ISD to match your router that way your device will hop from extender when its the closest thing to the router when you move nearer to it. the wifi signal being stronger will make your device "hop" from one to the other depending where your located. also in your extender, make sure it uses the same ISD password as the router, and it will not ask you for password once you connect to them and initial verification.
