Hello guys! Im having some problems to get my Corsair Vengeance LPX to run at the promised 2933MHz.
When I turn on the D.O.C.P profile the system boots normally but right after I run AIDA64 memory test the program reports hardware failure.
I've tried different speeds, timings and voltages (SoC too) but nothing else is stable except the default settings for 2133MHz.
So do I just have to wait for a new BIOS update?

Specs:

Asus Prime B350-PLUS (latest BIOS)
AMD Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.2GHz
Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000MHz 8GB (2x4)
XFX 650W XXX Edition Semi Modular

Solution
I know Corsairs customer service can be pretty crummy but have you tried giving them a ring. That or you could call one of the local pc store in your area for advice, most are happy to help.
Well looking on the site MOBO spec sheet (https://www.asus.com/uk/Motherboards/PRIME-B350-PLUS/specifications/) it says:
4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR4 3200(O.C.)/2933(O.C.)/2666/2400/2133 MHz ECC and non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory

Also on the Corsair site (http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/vengeance-lpx-16gb-2x8gb-ddr4-dram-3000mhz-c15-memory-kit-black-cmk16gx4m2b3000c15) it says it stock speed is:
-SPD Speed 2133MHz

I think it means you have to overclock to get to 3000mhz

What is your DOCP profile currently set to?

From reading the specs it comes across as 2133mhz RAM advertised that it can reach 3000mhz overclock but don't take my work for it. The (O.C.) bit in the MOBO specs sheet makes me think this.

Thou on shopping sites i'm seeing 'PC4-24000 (3000)' be disabled under RAM speed.

Currently DOCP is disabled, but theres a profile for 2933MHz with 15-17-17-35 timings.

And the MOBO's QVL list includes the kit and says that it should be able to run at 2933MHz.
