so i have had my computer for over 2 years now, upgrading some of the components during this time.
my question is in 2 parts.
Since about 2 months or so, when i shut down my pc and try to start it up again, it wont turn on. the lights and fans boot up but my screen stays in power saving mode, i have tried different monitors but i keep having the same problem. i have to wait a while (30 mins or so) before i can try the power button and my pc wil successfully boot. this was fine at first, a bit annoying when i shut down my pc for dinner and it wont boot when i come back but no major problems.
the second part is that since a week or so my pc will randomly shut down when im playing a game, this does get annoying because the pc will try to start up again but will fail to boot because of the problem mentioned before.
i went to search online for causes to this problem, one of those was not enough wattage on my psu, but according to pc partpicker i have more than enough:

therefore i am now wondering if there are some other things which may cause either of these problems, like a faulty psu or overheating.
