Once the prices of graphics cards go back to normal, I'm thinking about upgrading from my 750 ti.
I'm just hoping to max out anything I play at 60 fps
I do not want to spend a lot of money(no more than 220 dollars, hopefully, less than that).
I'm thinking of either the RX 570, the RX 580 4gb, the RX 580 8gb, or the GTX 1060 6g.
Specs:
i5 4440
8gb DDR3
GTX 750 ti
MSI B85M-E45
500 watt power supply
Windows 7

I'd like to hear your opinions on what I should get.

Solution
Fanboyism aside, the RX 570 would make a decent upgrade. The RX 570 is not far from the RX 580 in terms of performance; however, you'll have a hard time finding one for a decent price because of miners. You're more likely to find a 1060 for less.

I think a 1060 is a good choice. The 1060 is pretty much a 980 with 6 gigs of ram. If i had to choose i would go with the 1060

The 580 & 1060 6Gb are very well matched, depends on the game for which one gives the best fps. Driver updates for each also changes which wins in each game. Personally I feel Nvidia are a little better at getting good drivers out for new games but that only makes a difference if you buy games as soon as they release.

However you will need to manage expectations of maintaining a minimum of 60fps in the latest cpu heavy games. Your cpu is a lower clocked i5 and won't always be able to deliver 60fps but it should come close.
