Hey everyone, I have had my current computer for around a year or two now and everything had been grand since this moment. I got home from work today turned on my pc and I smelt this weird almost plastic and styrofoam burning smell. I looked around at all my plugs nothing. I smelt the fans that are blowing air out of my case and that was the source, I turned off my pc and took both side panels off. And turned it back on. Nothing at first but 5 ish minutes then later i saw smoke coming from my 3rd hdd. Luckily this one has absolutly nothing on it, but that also confuses me. I have the hdd out and sitting on my desk ever since. What was the cause and what now? I dont mind getting a new one but I'd like to avoid that if i could. Also I have 3 case fans thats not including my rad fans. So I dont think airflow was the problem. Thanks!
