Weird noise when starting up my gaming PC

Hello.
About a week ago I turned on my PC (that I use daily and dust every 2 months) and it made a weird noise as shown in the video:

Sometimes the noise would get much louder and last longer than the noise shown in the video.

After the third time this happened, I decided to dust my computer and swap the thermal paste on my CPU cooler (Corsair H100i GTX Liquid Cooler). After doing so the noise was still there.
It's probably something with the fans or the radiator but I don't want to assume anything before making big decisions.

Let me know what you guys think and what I should do. This is my full build, if it helps:https://pcpartpicker.com/user/kalvinkaz/saved/qRJyf7

Thanks!

To my ears it sounds like a some sort of case vibration caused by a fan (low pitch sound, not like a bad fan bearing spinning creating a high pitch). Does this happen all the time? Or sporadically? If the fans are vibrating or have a bad bearing, there is a simple test that I do to isolate the problem.

Case fan vibration test: Remove the case cover, turn on the PC, wait for the noise to occur, gently push on the corner of a case fan. Did the noise go away or lessen? If so, tighten that case fan or shim it. Repeat with another fan until you find the culprit.

Fan bearing test: Remove the case cover, turn on the PC, wait for the noise to occur, gently push on the center of case fan. Did the noise go away or lessen? If so...

Now, if you are unable to locate an issue with the fans, then it could be the case vibrating. Then you can try to localize the noise and gently push areas of the case, video cards, MB, air filters, cables (you get the picture) until it goes away.

Hope that helps. Be interested to know what happens.
