Which of these two are better for gaming?

PC 2 Most definitely

My reasoning for this is fairly simple, Graphics card is a 1070, which compared to a 1060, is more powerful with more memory and also more fans to keep it cool. CPU's are basically the same with some variation, and the motherboards are both good but PC 2 has 16 gb's of ram, compared to 8 gb's of ram in PC 1. Everything else is really the same.
