Well you certainly have a good start. But there are a few details that would bother me.

1.) The liquid AiO will cool the i5-8400 well, but it's not needed. Only get it if a.) you don't mind spending the money; and b.) you don't plan on upgrading to an overclocking CPU; because c.) 120mm AiOs are not very good at cooling compared to mid-range or high-end air coolers. If you want good liquid cooling get a 240mm radiator.

2.) You've got the expensive GTX 1080 but only 8GB of RAM. 16GB isn't required, but you would benefit in some games from 16GB.

3.) You're skimping on storage. SSD's are nice, but if you're building this nice system get a good one. Samsung 850 EVO (Sata III) or 960 EVO (M.2) 240GB. The bigger the SSD drive the better the performance. 1TB will fill up rather quick if you like to play all the latest games.

*The SSD won't affect your gaming performance. Don't let it throw your budget off.

Yeah three people already told me to not get the aio cooler but I do plan on getting an overclockable CPU in the future.
I can't add all the things you recommend with my budget but I'll see what I can do
Also thanks!

I would rather you get the better GPU (GTX 1080) and only 8GB of RAM and be able to add another 8GB of RAM late rather than downgrade a core component just to get 16GB and a better SSD.

And your choice on the AiO but I would advise against it. It comes with risks that are not present with air coolers.

Bigger SSD, more system memory (16Gb).
The cooler is not necessary to have if you dont overclock.
