Just looking to see if anyone see's anything wrong with this build. Suggestions are also welcome.

I Changed the PSU for one of your suggestions and the monitor was just placeholder.
Would it be worth it to get a cheaper cooler? I looked up recommendations for 7700k coolers and this one was highly suggested but I'm willing to change my mind if you guys think it would be worth it.

That is a great build, but I have 2 changes. spending 90 bucks on a cooler for the CPU and 40 to feed it is wrong.

I switched the SSD for an m.2 SATA SSD no cables and 25 bucks towards the PSU
The PSU had to go. I suggest this seasonic, it has a 10 yr long warranty and should you need the wattage for a second card its there
better cable solutions, drive on motherboard, much much better PSU for 15 more dollars.

Get a cheaper cooler like the h5 ultimate and get a better psu like the corsair txm 550 or evga g2 /g3 550 or seasonic gold 550.
Get a better case like the phanteks p400 or NZXT s340 or coolermaster masterbox series.
Having a 1080p 60hz monitor for a 1070 is nuts. Get a 144hz monitor or downscale to 1060 6gb
Also, consider the 8700k/z370
