My CPU is bottlenecking but I don't know how to fix it

I was testing my cpu on cinebench and my score was 795, which is way lower then it should be. I'm not sure how I can fix it. I got this pc prebuilt from cyberpower, I would've built it but I didn't have time.
CPU: 6700k 4.0Ghz
MOBO: MSI B150M Bazooka.
Ram: Not sure what brand not labeled, 16gb DDR4 2133mhz
CPU Cooler: Not sure but it's water cooled.
GPU: Foudners Edition 1070 EVGA
Storage 1: San Disk 250 GB
Storage 2: Toshiba 2 TB
OS: Windows 10

I think it might be the motherboard from what people have told me. Sometimes in some games, my CPU and GPU go to 100%.

Are you sure that you have a 6700k and not a 6700? From what I see ~900 is what you can expect from a 6700K at stock, but that's on a test bench with a new install of windows and no programs whatsoever running in the background. Having an antivirus or chrome running will lower your score. Also, if there was something substantial wrong it wouldn't be only 100 points under, it would be a lot more than that.

Download Realtemp, run the test again and let us know:

-What the score is

-What the highest temps on the cores were

-Whether the CPU is actually boosting to 4.2GHz properly or not

From what I see ~900 is what you can expect from a 6700K at stock, but that's on a test bench with a new install of windows and no programs whatsoever running in the background. Yes I'm sure I have the 6700k. I also saw someone who had programs getting around 850 score. I will test again soon

So I tried to overclock to 4.2 since that's the max my motherboard lets me but it doesn't. I checked on CPU-Z.
