The 1060 6gb would give 60fps even in ultra. The 1050ti would give around 45fps give or take in 1080p for the latest AAA games. Which is perfectly fine for a 60hz monitor. If it's e sports like overwatch or dota, a 1050ti is more than enough.

If you want a bit better cpu performance, go for ryzen 1300X/4 ram slot b350 and 1050ti instead of 1060 6gb.

You can reduce the price a bit by going for b250 mobo. Also instead of buying 5 120mm fans, look for a good case that has 2 intake and 1 exhaust. For the components you listed, that's enough ventilation imo. What about the psu?
The 1050ti is a solid choice for this build but then again it varies like if you plan to upgrade the cpu, or u r gaming gpu intensive games, a g4560 and a 1060 combo can also work.

Will reduce the price to buy the MSI B250 Bazooka***.

Can't replace the fans, i already bought it so why not use it.

will buy the 1060 since i do need it for new games i havent played because my old build is for low gaming and is so 2009

My Budget is like 350 US Dollars or 17,000 Philippine Peso, My Country is Philippines.
Computer Stuff Is imported here so its quite expensive than the first guys answer.
