i'm having a problem overclocking my cpu through BIOS and ryzen master, here what i've tried:

(ryzen master) 3.6 stock volt = ok > (ryzen master) 3.8 @1.29v = instant crash > (ryzen master) 3.8 @1.32v = crashed 3min after aida64 > (ryzen master) 3.7 @1.31v = passed 10min aida64, max temp ~70, but doesn't post after restart > (BIOS) 3.7 auto volt = passed 10min aida64 > (BIOS) 3.8 @ 1.29v = no post > (BIOS) 3.8 @1.32v = no post > (BIOS) 3.75 auto volt = no post > (BIOS) 3.7 auto volt, up ram to 2400 auto volt = no post > (BIOS) back to 3.7 auto volt = no post (WTH!!?)
now i just overclock to 3.6 via ryzen master.

BIOS was updated to the current ver.
spec:
ryzen3 1200
avexir core 8gb ddr4
msi b350m mortar arctic
gigabyte gtx 1060 xtreme gaming
silverstone st50f-es230 (500w)

please help

after some digging, found a beta bios in msi forum, tried (BIOS) oc to 3.7 auto voltage, booted, crashed after about 2 minutes of aida64, temps at 58c > (BIOS) oc to 3.7 @1.3v, booted, tried shut down and reboot, post. running aida64, max temps at 69c, stop test after 7min, tried restart, no post even after waiting 6min. force shut down and reboot, post!! > currently (BIOS) oc to 3.7 @1.275v = post, max temp while running aida64 67c.

i definitely suspect the motherboard and/or BIOS as the culprit right now. i guess no restarting for me right now.

yeah, i'm planning to do so after upgrading cooling solution to a bigger air tower, not a big fan of heat
