Only have one usb 2 port

I only have one usb 2 port and the rest are usb 3 I tried plugging in my usb 2 into but it Dosent read it !!! What can I do to use usb 2 with usb 3 ports ?

If you are installing win 7, you will need ps/2 keyboard and mouse, after you install win7, you can install chipset driver and you can use usb then.
