No USB Power in Windows

Hello everyone!

I changed my PC case and after moving all components, I do not have USB power on the ports. Everything worked fine on the old case and no settings were changed in BIOS before the move.

I first thought that it was a problem with the front panel connectors (maybe I did not plug the case cable properly) but the motherboard ports do not work either. The strangest thing is that the wireless mouse & keyboard work in BIOS (I can access it while the PC boots) but in Windows, everything is dead. I tried two different keyboards, mice and a flash drive with the same results. Everything stops in Windows. No changes were done to the OS either.

Any ideas for fixes? Thank you in advance!

What does the Device Manager look like? Any hardware have a Red "X"? This may indicate a short that is causing them not to function. Try just unplugging the front panel USB from the board and see if the back USB's begin to work. This may indicate an issue with the Case.
